Terms of Service
Last updated August 25, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Plumb ("Plumb," "we," "us"), including iplumb.io and the Plumb application. By creating an account or using Plumb, you agree to these terms.
What Plumb is
Plumb monitors the AI agents you connect, classifies their decisions and actions, flags what needs human review, and generates reports against the compliance frameworks you select. Plumb reviews activity after it happens or on a polling schedule. It does not intercept or block an agent's actions in real time, and does not itself determine whether your business complies with any law or regulation. Plumb is a tool that helps you build and evidence your own oversight practice, not a substitute for legal advice.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the activity of everyone you invite into your organization's account. You're responsible for having the right to connect any third-party source (like HubSpot, Intercom, or Google Workspace) to Plumb, and for how your own team uses the roles (admin, reviewer, viewer) you assign.
Subscriptions and billing
New accounts start with a 14 day free trial, no card required. Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose, through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Plans and pricing are published at iplumb.io/pricing and may change with notice.
Acceptable use
Don't use Plumb to violate the law, to access data you don't have the right to access (including connecting a third-party account you're not authorized to connect), to interfere with the service, or to attempt to reverse engineer or resell Plumb without our agreement.
Your data
You own the data you connect to Plumb. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your reports and disconnect any source at any time.
Intellectual property
Plumb and its underlying software belong to us. Using Plumb doesn't give you ownership of it, only the right to use it under these terms.
Disclaimers
Plumb is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error free or uninterrupted, and we don't guarantee that using Plumb will make you compliant with any specific law or regulation. Compliance frameworks in our catalog are drafted as a starting point and reviewed periodically, but are not a substitute for your own legal counsel.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plumb isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
